The Church of Nossa Senhora da Encarnação, in Vila Real de Santo António (VRSA), will host this Wednesday, December 28, at 21 pm, the concert «Visões da Encarnação – concert for this Christmas season».
The show, performed by the Vandoma Ensemble – Vocal ensemble of the Cathedral of Porto, with the musical direction of Pedro Monteiro, conductor, composer and researcher born in VRSA.
The musical selection includes a set of choral works a cappella written over the past 60 years, notably by Francis Poulenc, Arvo Pärt and John Tavener.
The initiative is free to enter and is promoted by the Vila Real de Santo António City Council and the Cabido Portucalense (Diocese of Porto).
