The District Center Faro of Social Security promoted the signing of addendums to the daycare cooperation agreements, for institutions that practice extended working hours. With this, Social Security reinforces the contribution in crèches with extended opening hours.
«This signature results from the established in the Cooperation Commitment, which assigns a complementary contribution to daycare centers that practice opening hours of more than 11 hours a day», stresses the District Centre.
In this first phase, a supplementary contribution will be made to 39 kindergartens, for a monthly amount of around 34.800 euros, with a total financial impact of 418.700 euros for the 2022/2023 school year.
«This measure allows the institutions of the district to contribute even more to the effective conciliation between professional and family life, meeting the needs of each family and each child in particular», concludes the District Center for Faro of Social Security.
