A 45-year-old man was killed by a car in the early morning of this Sunday, December 4, at IC1, in the area of São Marcos da Serra (Silves).
According to Correio da Manhã, the accident happened at 6:39 am, «in a time of fog, in the area of Monte das Pitas».
The driver, advances the same newspaper, «only realized» the presence of the pedestrian «when the collision occurred».
It was, in fact, the «driver who gave the alert», concludes the CM.
