The Alcoutim School Libraries made a video about “The Olive Conservation”, now available on Youtube.
This video, produced in partnership with Associação Alcance within the framework of the CLDS-4G project “Raízes para o Futuro”, is part of the subproject “What would you eat, Avô / Avó?”.
The objective is «to collect traditional recipes from the municipality of Alcoutim and, in this way, to get to know the gastronomy of the region», says the organization.
The work carried out by the School Library Team involved the 9th grade students who researched, prepared the video script and proceeded with its audio recording.
This is just the first of a series of works of its kind.
