The dancer Carolina Cantinho will guide the movement laboratory “O Corpo Criativo”, on the 12th and 13th of November, in the rehearsal room of Folha de Medronho, in Loulé.
On the 12th, the laboratory runs from 10:30 am to 13:00 pm and from 14:00 pm to 17:00 pm. On the 13th, the action takes place between 10:30 and 13:00.
In this action, «the focus is the development of body awareness, spatial perception, musicality and creativity», according to Folha de Medronho.
«We will work on the different parts of the body, their possibilities of action and relationship with space, time and the other, in order to arouse curiosity for the research of movement and expression of the own body», they add.
