Game dishes will be featured from today, October 15th, until November 15th, at the Vila Vita Biergarten restaurant, in Porches.
To celebrate the arrival of autumn, the Biergarten has prepared a menu typical of this season of the year, which includes «the complete Hunting Board for sharing and starters, the wild boar stewed with old mustard, vegetables and chestnuts as the main moment and, at the end of greedy meal, the chestnut and mushroom pudding with tangerine jam», according to Vila Vita Parc.
The Hunting menu can be tasted at the same time as the usual menu, which is also available.
«To match the menu of specialties, there is a whole selection of German and craft beers available, such as Porches Craft Beer», adds the tourist resort of Lagoa.
