The VII Height Triathlon (Castro Marim) will be held on the 30th of October, starting at 10:30 am.
With the aspects of swimming (750 meters), cycling (20 kilometers) and running (5 kilometers), the event, part of the Algarve and Baixo Alentejo Regional Championship and which takes place at Praia da Alagoa, promises to bring together several athletes, both national and , as foreigners, namely from Spain.

The VII Height Triathlon is an organization of the Clube Leões do Sul, of São Bartolomeu do Sul, and of the Municipality of Castro Marim, with the technical support of the Portuguese Triathlon Federation and the support of Turismo do Algarve, Castro Marim Golfe & Country Club, Altura Parish Council and IPDJ (Algarve Regional Delegation).
The competition is part of the Euroguadianasport sports program, from Eurocidade do Guadiana, an initiative integrated in the INTERREG – Spain – Portugal application.
