The Vilamoura Lions Club donated, on the 6th of October, three pieces of equipment to the Pediatrics Service of the Hospital de Faro.
The delivery of a refrigerator and two televisions will make it possible to equip a room for the parents of hospitalized children, as well as installing televisions in the children's rooms, in order to ease the periods of hospitalization.
The director of the Department for Children, Adolescents and the Family Maria José Castro, the head nurse of the Pediatrics Service Isaurinda Pescada and the educator Brites Mariano were present at the delivery of this donation.
On behalf of the Vilamoura Lions Club, Tina, Fátima, Rosa, Ivete and Marco were present.
