Presenter and communicator Fátima Lopes comes to Castro Marim to present her book “I Encontrei o Amor Onde Menos Esperava”, a success that already has seven editions. The event will take place at the Castro Marim Municipal Library, on October 24, at 14:30 pm.
“I found love where I least expected it”, was the work that dictated the return of Fátima Lopes to romance, a passionate and inspiring story about a woman, in search of a new meaning for her life.
“It talks about love, discovery, fresh start, friendship, sharing and change”, wrote the presenter about the book, adding that the idea came to her in the context of the pandemic, when she realized that many people made “the decision to make big changes in their lives. People who understood that they could not remain unhappy.”

This action is developed within the scope of the CLDS-4G «Castro Marim (COM) Vida», a project that has been actively working, since 2020, in the fight against isolation and loneliness and in the promotion of active aging, which has translated into actions of door-to-door information and entertainment, manual activities, reading and cognitive stimulation activities, gatherings, adapted gymnastics and social gatherings to celebrate ephemeris. One of the most notable initiatives is the “Bibliomóvel”, the itinerant library that determined the reconceptualization of the traditional library and the conquest and rapprochement of readers in the context of the pandemic.
The CLDS-4G «Castro Marim (COM) Vida» is promoted by the Municipality of Castro Marim, coordinated by the Odiana Association, and co-financed by CRESC Algarve 2020, Portugal 2020 and the European Union, through the European Social Fund.
