In five minutes, everything changed. At 87′, Farense was winning against the leader Moreirense, in what promised to be a late afternoon to remember. But, Moreira de Cónegos' team managed to turn around and won by 3-2, in a game of the 10th round of the II League, inflicting the first defeat of the season on the Algarve.

On the field were two of the best teams of the second tier of Portuguese football.

Farense started better and scored first, in the 20th minute. Marco Matias crossed, on the left, and Rui Costa deflected it to 0-1.

The tie did not take long. At 28′, Pedro Aparício scored with a header, after a good cross from Kodisang.

The marker only changed again in the second half. Having just joined, Pedro Henrique put Farense in the lead again, in the 79th minute, taking advantage of a bad exit from goalkeeper Kewin.

With little time until the end, everything seemed to believe that the Algarve would be able to take a good result from Moreira de Cónegos, but, at 88′, Alan re-established equality.

The final minutes promised… and it turned out to be Moreirense who managed to turn the score around. Camacho isolated Platiny who scored the home team's third, at 90+3′.

With this result, the Algarve continue with 18 points, 10 of Moreirense, and are in 3rd place, with one less game. On the next round, Farense welcomes Oliveirense (30th at 14:00 pm).
