The Municipality of Monchique once again offered the activity booklets to the municipality's Basic Education students (1st to 9th grade) and extended, for the first time, the offer to Secondary Education students (10th to 12th).
«This measure covered all students, regardless of their socioeconomic status and aimed to complement the free program and reuse of school textbooks», according to the Monchique Chamber.
The distribution took place yesterday, Monday, in the different educational establishments, and “had as main objective to minimize the financial burden that families have with education”.
