Aljezur Chamber protests against CTT's bad service in the municipality

Authority demands that situation be corrected

On the 7th of October, the Municipality of Aljezur sent a letter to the CEO of CTT, expressing its “concern and displeasure” regarding the malfunctioning of the CTT service in the municipality.

In addition to the service in the parishes being “more deficient”, most of the complaints have to do with “the long delays in the delivery of correspondence to citizens”, creating “serious inconveniences and problems”, stresses the municipality.

In its letter, the Municipality demands that “solutions be corrected and solutions found for this situation, which is the responsibility of CTT”, even more so because it is “a public service that is penalizing this municipality, the companies and their people”. ”.
