The Vila Real de Santo António Affordable Lease program has applications open until 30 September.
Anyone who wants to register can go to the Health and Social Intervention Division of the City Council.
Moreover, the municipality will sign an institutional cooperation protocol with the Institute of Housing and Urban Rehabilitation (IHRU) in order to indicate households that meet the requirements of the Affordable Lease Program for vacant dwellings in the municipality.
«The protocol aims to promote access to housing through affordable rents and aims to fill housing needs of households residing in the municipality», says the VRSA Chamber.
