Japanese chef leads the kitchen at Michelin-starred Yamazato restaurant at Hotel Okura Amsterdam

the dinner series Reach for the Stars Asian Edition, from Vila Vita Parc, dedicated to Japanese cuisine, will end in a big way, on the 15th of October, with the presence of guest chef Masanori Tomikawa, who, with chefs residents António Muniz and Diogo Ribeiro, at the Mizu Teppanyaki restaurant, will set the pace for a unique gastronomic experience.

With decades of experience, the Japanese chef leads the kitchen at the Michelin-starred Yamazato restaurant at the Hotel Okura Amsterdam, where he develops work that stands out for its emphasis on the purity of seasonal and traditional Japanese ingredients, with the presentation of minimalist dishes that clearly reveal the search for the perfect balance of taste, texture, appearance and color.

Features that, combined with the creative approach and preference for high quality ingredients by Mizu Teppanyaki's team of chefs, will provide an unforgettable trip for all lovers of Japanese food and foodies in general.

Dinner starts at 19:00 pm, with a tasting menu for 155 euros per person and the possibility of pairing wine and sake for 95 euros/pp.
