The Chamber of Silves will honor the athletes of the county this Friday, September 2, at 21:00, in a ceremony at the Castle.
As part of the Municipality Day commemorations, «this initiative aims to glorify the medaled athletes who reached important milestones in the 2021/2022 sports season», explains the Câmara de Silves.
The honorees will receive a trophy for the recognition of the work developed, which also recognizes the importance and gives thanks to the clubs and associations for the accomplishments achieved.
The ceremony will be accompanied by the Al-Fanfare group with wind and percussion instruments.
Admission is free.
