The Municipality of Loulé will participate in the 9th Portuguese Real Estate and Tourism Exhibition, which takes place at the Exhibition Center, Porte de Versailles, in Paris, between the 23rd and 25th of September.
The Chamber will be at this event with a stand of 36 square meters, alongside five companies and entities linked to the interior product, two that operate in the area of tourism in rural areas – Quinta do Freixo (Benafim) and Associação Almargem – and three from the real estate sector – Garvetur, Remax Loulé and Era Loulé.
In a note, the municipality also emphasizes that these real estate companies will present products exclusively for interiors.
Nature, the EN2, routes and trails for hiking and mountain biking, gastronomy and handicrafts, but also local government projects directly linked to this territory such as Loulé Criativo and the dissemination of ancestral arts and knowledge or the Algarvensis Geopark, are some of the articles that the municipality will make known to the French-speaking public, through a presentation by Vítor Aleixo.
With this presence, the Municipality of Loulé intends to attract «both tourism and investment, to the interior areas, at a time when more and more French people are looking for the Algarve, and in particular Loulé, not only as a holiday destination, but also to live and do business», the municipality says in a note.
Loulé's presence at this event, initially scheduled for 2020, is also due to the ties established with France, namely through the twinning with Créteil, in 2016, and the collaboration with the Franco-Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
During the three days of the 9th Portuguese Real Estate and Tourism Exhibition, between 150 and 200 exhibitors will be present, with more than 10 thousand visitors expecting the organization.
