Registration for the Bird Watching & Nature Activities Festival in Sagres opened this Thursday, September 1st.
This, the biggest national event dedicated to birds and nature, takes place from the 1st to the 5th of October, in Sagres.
In the program available on the initiative page You'll find more than 230 activities for families and nature lovers, some of which are true success stories from previous editions and others that are brand new.
Featured in this 13th edition are activities such as sunset megalithic, focused on cultural and archaeological heritage, the session dedicated to the diet of birds of prey, the lecture on fishing without bycatch, the identification on the spot of insects in Sagres, and field trips focused on less common birds, among many, many options for all tastes and shapes.
Taking place all over the Sagres peninsula, the Bird Watching & Nature Activities Festival program also invites participants to discover the Sudoeste Alentejano e Costa Vicentina Natural Park.
