Lagos Zoo has new cubs of Red Lynx and Colobo Guereza

There are three more inhabitants

The Lagos Zoo recently gained three new inhabitants that can now be contemplated by visitors. 

This year, the Red Lynx (Lynx rufus) bred and two more cubs were born in July. This month, the breeds have already started to explore their habitat and be seen by zoo visitors.

Also the Colobo Guereza (Colobus guereza) had a calf, which was born in June. According to the Lagos Zoo, these cubs, when they are born, are all white, then they turn black – something that has already started to happen.

In addition to these species, the Zoo has chicks of Siamango (Symphalangus syndactylus), Capuchin Monkey (Sapajus apella), Avocet (Recurvirostra avosetta), Stilt (Himantopus himantopus), Swan (Cygnus olor), Hornbill, among others.

The Lagos Zoo is open to visitors every day between 10 am and 00 pm.
