«Aimed at all Portuguese people who have never used the internet, in particular adults over 45 years old who wish to acquire essential digital skills in their daily lives, the program aims to train info-excluded citizens – approximately 10% of the population – with basic digital skills. – in the shortest amount of time», says the Portimão City Council.

This session will count on the collaboration of 12 people identified as “digitally excluded” by the Municipality of Portimão, by the parish councils of Alvor, Mexilhoeira Grande and Portimão, also participating in “My Fairy Nany”, a startup incubated at StartUp Portimão that seeks to respond to the needs of parents and families who need support to care for their children or the elderly.
