The 8th “João César” Accordion Festival, which takes place in the Riverside Zone of Portimão (next to the old auction house), is scheduled for August 20 at 21:30 pm.
The initiative is organized by the Portimão Parish Council and aims to keep alive the memory of the musician João César, who contributed to honoring the name of Portimão and its citizens.
