UMAMI, an Asian restaurant in Quinta do Lago, will receive bartenders from all over the country during the month of August, who will bring different creations.
On the 18th, Ana Camacho – head bartender from UMAMI, who was a finalist in the Lisbon Bar Show competition – joins Diogo Oliveira from Citadelle Gin who will bring gin-based creations such as Pink Street, The French Plum or Delicate Blossom, all fruity and composed by Citadelle.
On the 25th, the restaurant counts with the presence of João Resende from Café Klandestino and, finally, welcomes Bruno Simões from Boa Bao Porto, on the 29th of August.
In addition to this event, UMAMI will feature live music sessions every Wednesday, from 19pm to 00pm, until the end of the month.
