GNR detained a man and a woman for thefts in Sagres and Loulé

They were detained in the municipality of Lagos

A 62-year-old man and a 42-year-old woman were arrested for theft this Sunday, August 14, in the municipality of Lagos.

The arrest took place following a report of theft in the village of Sagres that led the Guard military to locate the suspects. Following the investigations, it was also found that the suspects had committed other thefts in the municipality of Loulé.

During the action, the GNR seized five cell phones, five pairs of glasses, four cell phone chargers, two external disks, two powerbank ih laptop computer.

The suspects were present for the first interrogation on August 15, at the Lagos Judicial Court, where the measures of coercion of weekly presentations and ban on leaving the national territory were applied to the 62-year-old suspect.

The action was carried out by the Territorial Posts of Lagos and Vila do Bispo and was supported by the Criminal Investigation Center in Portimão.
