Photographic exhibition shows the “extremes of our planet” at FATACIL

Exhibition will be present on all days of the fair.

The exhibition “Extremus – A Photographic Look at the Extremes of our Planet”, by Bruno Gonçalves, will be present at FATACIL, in Lagoa, from 19 to 28 August, between 18 pm and 00 am.

Bruno Goncalves, an environmental engineer, residing in Silves and passionate about the extreme phenomena of the atmosphere, he started taking photographs of some thunderstorms in the Algarve a few years ago and, nowadays, visits other territories in search of the most severe storms on the planet, namely in the well-known “Tornado Alley” in the United States, as well as volcanoes and other intense places on the Planet.

«The dynamics of our Planet, whether in the Atmosphere, volcanoes or other equally powerful places, can generate, at the same time, images with an unparalleled but destructive beauty. Extremus intends to show this more intense, but beautiful, side of the power of our Planet Earth, through the eyes of a photographer of storms and severe events.
