Docapesca works on the fishing ports of Santa Luzia and Arade

The works cost around 79 thousand euros

The fishing ports of Santa Luzia (Tavira) and the river Arade (Lagoa) will be the target of works, announced this Tuesday, August 30, Docapesca.

«The rehabilitation work of the access bridge to the floating pier of the fishing port of Santa Luzia aims to restore the conditions of use of this infrastructure and stems from the damage caused by the collision of a vessel», explains Docapesca.

«The completion of this contract provides for the dismantling and subsequent assembly of the access bridge after the improvement to be carried out, as well as the repair of the concrete structure of the jetty», he adds.

As for the award of works for the port of the river Arade (Lagoa), it includes an “intervention in the coverage of the warehouses in block B of the core of the naval shipyards of this port, with the objective of restoring the waterproofing conditions of these spaces”.

The works cost around 79 thousand euros.
