A 56-year-old Slovenian citizen died on Tuesday morning, following the accident of the car he was driving and which violently crashed into a eucalyptus tree.
The accident occurred just after 10 am on Estrada Nacional 263, near the town of Santa Luzia, municipality of Ourique.
For reasons that are being investigated by the authorities, when the driver accessed the IC1, the vehicle left the road and crashed violently into a large eucalyptus tree, with the driver being imprisoned.
