This afternoon's earthquake south of Cabo de S. Vicente was felt in Lagoa

According to the Portuguese Institute of the Sea and Atmosphere (IPMA), the quake “did not cause damage to persons or property”

the earthquake of magnitude 3.4, on the Richter scale, whose epicenter was located at sea, about 80 kilometers south of Cabo de S. Vicente (Sagres), was felt this Monday, July 4, in Lagoa. 

According to the Portuguese Institute of the Sea and Atmosphere (IPMA), the quake «did not cause damage to persons or property», but «was felt with maximum intensity III (modified Mercalli scale) in the municipality of Lagoa».
