An earthquake of magnitude 3.4, on the Richter scale, whose epicenter was located at sea, about 80 kilometers south of Cabo de S. Vicente (Sagres), was recorded this Monday, July 4, at 14:59 pm, in the stations of the Mainland Seismic Network, informs the Portuguese Institute of the Sea and the Atmosphere (IPMA).
According to the IPMA, until the preparation of the first communiqué relating to this earthquake, "no information was received confirming that this earthquake had been felt".
