Vicentina – Associação para o Desenvolvimento do Sudoeste has opened a new application period to support “Small Investments in Agricultural Exploration”, of the Rural Development Program 2020.
Applications run until the 28th of July and can be made by farmers in the municipalities of Aljezur, Monchique and Vila do Bispo and rural parishes in the municipalities of Lagos, Portimão and Silves.
This application period has an available allocation of 68558,33 euros and is intended for small investments in agricultural holdings (up to 50 thousand euros), namely investments related to agricultural and livestock activity, such as investments related to the preparation of the land, plantations, farm support equipment, tractors and implements, among others, and thus contribute to improving the living, working and production conditions of farmers.
This partnership, which constitutes the GAL ADERE 2020 managed by Associação Vicentina, remains committed to contributing to the process of modernization and training of companies in the agricultural sector and their transformation and marketing, in conjunction with other interventions, such as the Regional Network of Markets, bringing together various funds to support the ADERE 2020 Local Development Strategy.
