The National Sailing Championship for the Optimist class runs until Sunday, June 12, in Portimão.
The event is organized by the Portuguese Sailing Federation and the Clube Naval de Portimão, with the support of the Portimão Chamber.
The championship has sailors, in the children and youth classes, who lend the Riverside Zone, the Arade River and Praia da Rocha movement, color and the joy of youth.
On Sunday, there will be “Team Racing” competitions, with 16 teams competing against each other, two by two.
