MIMO Algarve, a place with different gastronomic experiences, is back at Pine Cliffs Resort with news.
Throughout the day, MIMO Algarve will function as an Espresso Bar, where you can find artisanal pastries and signature coffees. The Gourmet Store presents new local products of its own brand 'Vale do Freixo', with teas, jams, honey and olive oil from the region.
The first private-label craft beer, Falésia, will also be on sale at MIMO for 3,5 euros and will have several types of beer available: Pilsner, Amber Ale, IPA and Stout.
Gastronomic Experiences are also back for those who want to get their hands dirty and learn new techniques.
Both children and adults can learn the history and origin of the dishes, having the opportunity to prepare and taste them.
At this start, the following cooking workshops are available: family pastry (52 euros for adults and 23 euros for children); vegetable cuisine (68 euros); demystified cod (68 euros); brunch icons (68 euros adults and 34 euros children); cataplana (125 euros); are scheduled to start at 11:30 am and last for 2:30 am. Drinks workshops include family lemonade (28 euros), craft beer (38 euros), Algarve wines (48 euros), Portugal in 5 glasses (48 euros) and Port wine (58 euros), lasting 1h30, always from 16:00.
All classes take place from Tuesday to Saturday.
As of July, Praceta dos Limoeiros will have an area dedicated to tasting wines and snacks exclusively from the Algarve (Wines & Tapas) on the outdoor terrace, open from 18pm to 23pm.
In connection with the celebration of the 30th anniversary of Pine Cliffs Resort, four dinners are also held between July and August. To participate in this Chef's Table at MIMO, Chefs Marlene Vieira, Óscar Geadas, Rui Paula and Vítor Sobral were challenged.
Dates, menus and dinner prices have not yet been announced.
Reservations for Gastronomic Experiences are mandatory and must be made the day before with the concierge or through the Pine Cliffs Resort APP.
