Festival FOI (formerly Festival Out-(In)VerAno) is back in Lagos on the 15th, 16th and 17th of July.
The itinerant initiative, promoted by the association Questão Repetida, is based on the Arts/Astronomy/Heritage trilogy and on the dichotomy of Lagos, the Sea and the Land, the Interior and Coast, will bring cultural entertainment to the Municipality of Lagos, passing through Praia da Luz, Bensafrim and by Barão de São João.
The program includes activities for the whole family and for all ages, such as music, artistic workshops, street performances, theatre, circus, a dance of traditional dances and astronomical observation, are the activities planned for this 5th edition.
With the artistic direction in charge of Ana Falé and Elsa Mathei, «FOI aims at cultural decentralization in the Municipality of Lagos and the Algarve». This is an initiative promoted by Questão Repetida, a cultural association based in Lagos with several projects of artistic creation, public mediation and cultural programming.
Tickets are on sale at Ticketline. The family workshops cost two euros, tickets for jazz at Forte da Luz and astronomy observation cost five euros and the traditional dance ball costs three days.
