António Zambujo and Bonga go to Fuzeta to put their “Pé na Terra”

A Viva o Samba concert with António Zambujo and Maria Inês, Bonga and Finka Pé are the headliners of another edition of the Pé Na Terra Festival, which will take place from tomorrow, Friday, until Sunday, the 19th, in Fuseta.

The public will also be able to watch the performances of Diego Oliveira, Júlia Vargas, Forró do Piano and Trio Zé Amora.

«In 2022, Pé na Terra celebrates 10 years of the festival, a unique and inclusive festival that refers to the connection between man and the earth in the (re)discovery of its popular culture. Pé na Terra encourages experimentation with languages ​​and creative processes in the fields of music and dance, which aims to broaden the public's perception of the diversity between the various cultures present», according to the event's organizers.

 

 

In addition to the concerts, the event has other activities, including «dance workshops ranging from Samba, Maracatu, Capoeira or Kizomba, among others», but also DJs and activities for children.

The Pé Na Terra Festival is produced by Fertilenredo, in partnership with the Municipality of Olhão and with the support of the Union of Parishes of Moncarapacho and Fuzeta.
