Socialists went to the Moto Clube de Faro opening a cycle of visits to associations

The objective is to get to know better the work developed by the various associations

The Moto Club of Faro was the first association visited, on the 18th of May, by members of the PS council of Faro, as part of a cycle of visits to the county's associative movement, to «be close to the citizens», which the socialists started.

«The objective is to get to know better the work developed by the various associations, their merits and their difficulties», says Adérito Silva, president of the Municipality of PS/Faro.

As a result of these visits, «whenever possible improvements are detected in which the Party can act with concrete proposals, we will do so, either with the Municipal Assembly, with the Parish Assemblies and also with the council of the Municipality of Faro», adds a note from the Farenses socialists.

About Moto Club Faro, the PS underlines the «meritorious work carried out», stressing that «this Association has contributed in terms of economy, tourism and culture to the development of our county, also proudly highlighting the fact that this institution has taken the name of Faro, whether in the country or across borders».

During their visit, the socialists say they also had “an opportunity to see a solidarity aspect in this club towards people and organizations that sometimes resort to it”.
