PS/Algarve and the Alcoutim Chamber mourned the death of José Eduardo Cavaco Paulino, a former socialist councilor who died at the age of 58.
In a note issued this Thursday, May 12, the municipality recalls that José Eduardo Cavaco Paulino was a councilor from January 7, 1994 to January 11, 1995.
Like the Alcoutenejo municipality, PS/Algarve also mourns the death of the former socialist mayor who is the brother of Paulo Cavaco Paulino, current vice-president of the Alcoutim Chamber.
