A man who complained of severe chest pain was rescued from a fishing vessel sailing off Cabo de São Vicente, in Sagres, this Tuesday morning.
Around 9:20 am, an alert was given that the master of a fishing vessel had severe chest pain, and elements of the Sagres Lifeguard Station were sent to the scene.
The victim was removed from the vessel and taken to the port of Baleeira, where elements of the Volunteer Firefighters of Vila do Bispo and INEM were waiting, who helped the victim and transported her to a hospital.
The local command of the Maritime Police of Lagos took care of the incident.
