Thursday, May 26th, JYSK reopened its store next to Makro Albufeira, EN 125, in Guia-Albufeira. This reopening of the Danish giant is part of the objective of renovating its stores with the new 3.0 concept, which will be implemented over the next three years.

The company, which managed to generate around 1000 jobs, has become a business reference in full expansion and a large growing employer. This is the result of the ambitious goal of having 80 stores in Portugal and 300 in Spain, which includes, next year, the reopening of existing stores in order to make them more attractive to its customers.

One of the best-selling items so far is the ULLEHUSE garden furniture set, on which you can save 50% off the usual price. Another success is the BLOKHUS chair with 61%, the TORSBY towels with 70% and the LYNGEN pillow with 70%.

On the first day of reopening, this store was a success and represents another step in JYSK's ambitious expansion process.

“We have a lot of customer traffic, but we are lucky to have a dynamic and proactive team that gives its best. We feel very happy and motivated with this reopening”, says the District Manager by JYSK, Bráulio Da Rocha.

The company also presents many novelties, such as new collections of very attractive items (new ranges of mattresses at very competitive prices, bedding, decoration, etc.). Its objective is also to offer the best shopping experience to its customers in omnichannel.

To face this great challenge of store openings and reopenings with the new 3.0 concept, JYSK will make an investment of more than 100 million euros. In this way, it aims to contribute to the creation of jobs and wealth in Portugal, and to offer the best proposal in articles for rest and home.

This reopening reflects a Danish aesthetic and a marked Nordic line, in line with trends and its philosophy "Fun”. JYSK is very clear that it does not want to lose its Scandinavian essence while offering highly competitive prices. Customers can shop at the company's physical stores and online store JYSK extension.
