In order to mark the «Month of the heart», there will be a walk in Alvor on the 29th of May, at 8:30 am.
This is an initiative of the Portimão City Council, in partnership with Auchan, Decathlon and the city's gyms, which aims to promote the regular practice of physical exercise in the community.
The walk through the heart will cover a part of the Alvor area, from the walkways, through the estuary and some beaches. The starting point is the Alvor Sports Complex, where each participant will receive a KIT with a bag, cap, water bottle, cereal bar and a voucher with an experience in one of the gyms.
The initiative is of a solidary nature and, therefore, the value of the registration will be a good food or personal hygiene.
