The collective exhibition “Alvará 2.0”, which brings together works by the Algarve artists BASAP, Gat.Uno and Leandro Marcos, is on view until the 26th of June, at Associação 289, in Pontes de Marchil, in Faro.
In this show, which opened today, Saturday, the word Alvará is once again invoked by the three artists, «continuing the first moment that brought these artists together, in 2020 at the TREM Gallery in Faro».
«These three artists are from the Algarve and it was here that they grew up, saw art and had their first contact with it. Far from a center that the three insist on approaching through their art», describes 289.
