Farense lost 1-0 to Casa Pia, in a game of the 29th round of the II Football League, played on the morning of this Saturday, April 9, at Estádio Pina Manique (Lisbon).
After three consecutive victories, the Algarve knew that they would not have an easy task.
Ahead, Farense was going to find one of the teams pointed to the promotion of the division and that was, from the start, in 2nd place in the classification.
In the 23rd minute, came the first goal and for Casa Pia. Jota provided the assist and Zach Muscat scored the opening goal.
In the second half, the Algarvians changed the team, bringing in Vasco Lopes and Pedro Henrique, but without success: the victory really smiled on Casa Pia.
With this defeat, Farense has the same 37 points and is in 10th place. On the next round, Vasco Faísca's team will host Mafra, on Saturday, the 16th, at 11:00 am.
