Technical failure forces private plane to land in emergency Faro

The plane – a Bombardier Global 6000 – was carrying four people.

A private plane traveling from Teterboro (New York) to Faro managed to make an emergency landing at the airport Faro, at the end of the afternoon of this Wednesday, 20 of April, after having suffered a technical failure. 

Ao Sul Informação, a source from the Algarve Regional Command of Civil Protection explained that the «red alert» of the Airport of Faro due to this occurrence.

The plane – a Bombardier Global 6000 – was carrying four people.

A total of 77 operatives and 31 vehicles were mobilized for the airport, but the landing ended up proceeding without incident.
