Tavira celebrates the International Children's Book Day

International Children's Book Day will be celebrated in Tavira

International Children's Book Day

The Álvaro de Campos Municipal Library will tell stories to the youngest to promote reading and the construction of learning in a session scheduled for 19:00 pm on Friday, April 2nd.

The event is aimed at children from 5 years old and their companions.

After welcoming and introducing the participants, Maurício Leite stars in the session “Ouvir tell” (20:00 pm), followed by the initiative “Listening to shared stories – Who wants to tell?” (21:30).

Admission to the event is free, but registration is mandatory, and must be done via the email [email protected].

International Children's Book Day was created in 1967 to commemorate the birth of Hans Christian Andersen.
