Four vans with eight volunteers left Portugal towards the border between Poland and Ukraine, loaded with humanitarian aid, in an initiative of the Portuguese Baptist Convention. On their way back, on a long trip of three days, they brought 26 Ukrainian refugees.
One of the vans headed for Faro and the Sul Informação accompanied his arrival and tells here the story of this trip and the first impressions of those who fled the war.
