The show “Fernando Pessoa(s)”, which combines literature and theater, will take place next Sunday, March 20, at 16:30 pm, at the Castro Marim Municipal Library.
«Based on “Mensagem” and other texts by Fernando Pessoa, the reading-show seeks to lead the audience to reflect on our past and present, trying to find a meaning for Portugal’s glorious past and the decadent nation of Pessoa’s time , which in the end makes the bridge to our days», says the Chamber of Castro Marim.
The scenic space and the sound environment are built from the reuse of everyday objects, which acquire new functions and new technologies are placed at the service of artistic creation, valuing their creative potential.
This initiative will also celebrate World Poetry Day, which is celebrated on March 21.
