A solidarity walk, which will collect donations for two institutions, will take place on March 13, starting at 9:30 am, leaving the Golden Club Health & Fitness, in Cabanas de Tavira.
The objective of the walk is to raise donations for the Integrated Support Center for Children “A Gaivota”, of the Red Cross – Delegation of Tavira, and the ASLT – Adopt Animal Association of Santa Luzia.
Registration is free: all it takes is a donation.
According to the organization, the association “A Gaivota” needs shoes, toys and food for breakfast/snacks such as cookies, milk, yogurt and cereals.
Adota is already collecting wet cat food, cat and dog food, buckets, mops, cleaning products, hygiene products for dogs and cats.
The route will have approximately 11 kilometers, on flat terrain, with a duration of 2h30.
