Tavira City Council will have a new IT platform for urban planning

One of the objectives is to “ensure greater transparency and access to information”

From this Wednesday, March 3rd, the City Council of Tavira will make available NOPAPER, a builder of digital processes that meets the requirements of the Legal Regime for Urbanization and Building (RJUE).

Applicants and external technicians who work with the municipality will now have at their disposal a tool that demonstrates, in a simple and intuitive way, which elements to present for each procedure and the rules of each element (format, size, digital signatures and organization – obligatory/optional parts)», says the Câmara de Tavira.

The objectives are to «ensure greater transparency and access to information, promote a higher level of correctly instructed requests and thus reduce subsequent communications».

“This solution has multiple advantages for all stakeholders, from the submission of the request by the applicant and project technician, to the consideration of these requests by the technicians of the municipality”, he concludes.

Access to NOPAPER can be done here
