Throughout this year, the Chamber of Aljezur will hold decentralized meetings in all the parishes of this municipality on the Costa Vicentina.
The objective is to «promote proximity» with «citizens, involving and stimulating their participation and interaction with the executive body».
The decentralization of meetings across all parishes «also aims to analyze the needs of institutions in the places where they provide public service, to allow mayors to visit works and vulnerabilities in the territory and have the opportunity to listen to citizens inserted in their daily reality».
The first meeting took place last Thursday, March 17th, in the Parish of Bordeira.
