Tours to the Bravura Dam Biodiversity Station, as well as to observe pollinating insects, a gathering, a Honey Tasting, a webinar on «Citizen Science at the service of Pollinators», an exhibition, capture and classification of nocturnal butterflies. These are the activities included in the “Pollinators Week”, which will take place between the 21st and 26th of March, in Ria de Alvor, Lagos and surroundings.
The Pollinator Week is promoted by the A Rocha association, coordinated by outstanding teacher *Paula Banza.
The programmed activities are aimed at the educational community and the general public, with emphasis on the role of pollinators in natural balance, particularly in the so-called Ecosystem Services.
