Regional Operational Program increases execution and commitment rates

CRESC Algarve2020 has an allocation of 318 million euros in Community Funds

The Regional Operational Program CRESC Algarve2020, which manages the European Funds allocated directly to the region, reached, at the end of January, an execution rate of 59,05 percent and a commitment rate of 109,08 percent.

The 2014-2020 Regional Operational Program has an allocation of 318 million euros in Community Funds, of which 231 million from ERDF and 87 million from ESF, and should be fully implemented by mid-2023.

In the Algarve, management is responsible for a Management Committee chaired by the chairman of the Algarve Regional Coordination and Development Committee (CCDR), which includes the president of the Algarve Intermunicipal Community (AMAL), representing the Municipalities, and a representative of the Government, supported by a technical structure at CCDR Algarve.

CCDR Algarve informs that, at the moment, two new notices are open within the scope of the National Production Support Program (PAPN) for micro and small companies:
- ALG-D7-2022-01 - Industry (Divisions 05 to 33 of CAE)
- ALG-D7-2022-02 - Green Economy
