Praia da Rocha, in Portimão, will host the 3rd stage of the Southern Regional Surfing Circuit 2022 on the weekend of March 5th and 6th.
In competition will be the best athletes from clubs in the South Region, such as Iate Clube Marina de Portimão (ICMP), Clube Surf Faro (CSF), Algarve Surf Clube (ASC), Portimão Surf Clube (PSC), Aljezur Surf Club (CSA), Albufeira Surf Clube (ALSC), Portimão Naval Club (CNP), Dinamika Association (AD) and Lagos Surf Club (LSC).
The Sub-12, Sub-14, Sub-16, Sub-18, Sub-16 Female and Sub-18 Female categories will be in dispute and it serves as a qualification for the finals of the Esperanças National Surfing Championship.
Registration for this stage opens this Saturday, the 26th, costs 20 euros per category, and can be made here until 23:59 pm on Wednesday, March 2nd.
The competition is organized by the Iate Clube Marina de Portimão/Playsurf and has the technical support of the Portuguese Surfing Federation and the institutional support of the Portimão City Council and the Parish Council.
This stage, which is decisive for the 2022 Southern Surf circuit, has the support of Secret Spot Surf Shop, Rocha Surf Shop, Ferox Surfboards, Vila Surf Marina de Portimão and Prainha.
