The Algarve Cup is back and, from the 14th to the 23rd of February, it will bring together the greatest powers of women's football at Estádio Algarve and Estádio Municipal de Lagos.

In this year's squad, in addition to Portugal, there are four teams in the top 10 of European football: Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Italy.

After a year in which the competition did not take place, due to the constraints caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, the Algarve Cup resumes with a new format. The five teams in the competition will play two rounds to assess their position in the league table.

The Algarve Cup games are free entry and access is guaranteed upon presentation of a valid Covid-19 certificate or proof of a negative PCR test up to 72 hours before the games or negative antigen carried out up to 24 hours before.
